Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel their order must contact us through one of the following channels:

Order cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation is not possible and the return procedure will apply instead.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Process

In accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and relevant regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing (via email or call center) within this period.

Products subject to withdrawal must be sent back to the seller within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Conditions for Returned Products

Returned products must fully comply with the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and must not have lost its resalable condition.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging, box, labels, accessories, and all accompanying components.

• Products with damaged, taped, torn, or deformed original packaging will not be accepted for return.

• Returns will not be accepted for products showing signs of use, wear, scratches, or deformation.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, provided that the consumer has been duly informed during the pre-contractual information stage and the return is made using the carrier designated by the seller, not exceeding the original delivery cost.

adkbisiklet.com shall not be held responsible for additional costs arising from returns made via carriers other than those designated by the seller.

Refund Process

For payments made by credit card or other electronic payment methods, once the right of withdrawal has been duly exercised and the returned product has been received and approved:

• The refund is processed and submitted to the bank in a single transaction

• The refunded amount is returned to the payment method used by the customer

• In accordance with applicable regulations, the refund is completed within a maximum of 14 days

Delays caused by banks or payment institutions are beyond the responsibility of adkbisiklet.com.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Products specially prepared in line with the consumer’s personal requests or needs

• Products that have been used, damaged, or are no longer suitable for resale

• Products with damaged original packaging
