This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the seller specified below and the buyer who places an order via adkbisiklet.com.

2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of physical products ordered electronically by the buyer from the seller’s website.
3. Product Information
The type, quantity, sales price, payment method, delivery, and invoice details of the products are specified in the information presented to the buyer before and after the order is completed.
4. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the buyer during checkout.
Delivery times and shipping conditions are stated on the Shipping and Delivery Information page.
The seller delivers orders within Türkiye and internationally. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges arising from international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Product Assembly
Some products may require assembly.
Assembly is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The seller shall not be held liable for damages or malfunctions resulting from incorrect or improper assembly.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
Details regarding the right of withdrawal are governed by the Cancellation and Return Policy.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Used, damaged, or non-resalable products

Products with damaged or missing original packaging
8. Payment and Invoicing
Payments are made using the payment methods available on the website.
Invoices are issued as e-invoices or e-archive invoices and delivered electronically to the buyer.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, Izmir Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
10. Enforcement
By placing an order on adkbisiklet.com, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Distance Sales Agreement.
